The journey will take 30 minutes by taxi depending on traffic.  A taxi will cost approximately €50.  

Train: 

Take an S1 S-Bahn train from the platform in the airport.  A day ticket can be purchased which will cover travel to the hotel.  You can purchase a ticket upon arrival or before online ( http://www.mvv-muenchen.de/en/tickets-fares/tickets/day-tickets/airport-city-day-ticket/).  The cost is €12.  Take the S-Bahn to Hauptbahnhof stop and then change for the U2 underground train to Hohenzollernplatz.  The hotel is 5 minutes walk from this stop.
